This dish consist mainly of the flavors of Japan, a French style main dish with a Japanese twist and use of what is actually available on the market and what is reflecting the autumn season. There is a lot of flavors and fragrance going on in the different preparation of this dish, the seared Kagoshima wagyu beef itself is the star of this dish, the tangy sweet yuzu scented red wine sauce, match very well with the fatty melting texture, of all is very colorful and seasonal.
