Shooting this video was a challenge and pleasure at the same time. And that's why. Since I remember myself, I love dancing. Hip hop became my home in some way - I found myself, my friends and my love in it. I never quit even though last 5 years I was strongly focused on my other passion - bartending. And for this music video I needed to overcome my shyness to show the elegance of a dance and improve the speed of my bartending techniques to hit 1-minute restriction. I needed to give myself a huge punch. Galician Punch. Lola & Vera gin - 45ml Homemade apple syrup - 20ml Fresh lemon juice (slowjuiced with oils) - 15ml Maldon salt solution (10%) - 10drops Estrella Galicia lime cordial foam (N2O) - top up (approx.25ml) Garnish: fresh apple fan Method: 1. Prepare the foam: 350ml of Estrella Galicia 100ml of lime cordial 50ml of metyl cellulose Mix ingredients above in a ISI creamer and charge with 2 N2O cylinders. Shake during charging and let it settle for 10 minutes. Shake again before use. 2. Mix all liquid ingredients in a shaker, fill in the shaker with a good, fresh, non-diluted ice and shake for around 12 seconds (decrease the time if doing a hard shaking) 3. Put an ice ball in a sherry glass and pour the cocktail from the shaker (double strain) 4. Top up with foam. 5. Garnish with a beautiful green apple I'm honoured to share this moment with you, because, finally, I can show both of my craft together.
