Description

Vegetarian carpaccio is the way to go! So here is my take on the classic carpaccio salad. Instead of meat, i have used beetroot with a dressing of balsamic and to give your palate a refreshing taste. I’ve used arugula with a hint of orange malta, and to give it a different mouthfeel i’ve added pecan nuts.
