Welcome to the Grand finals of the Online Most Creative Plating and Table Setting Challenge!
After a long wait, it's finally here!
Here are the five finalists who will be competing for the grand prize:
Our five finalists will be using the prizes from our sponsors Amefa, Revol, Villeroy&Boch and Zwiesel Glas for their video entry:
We are also very honored to present to you our Members who will serve as Jury for the Grand Finals:
Finally, after a long wait, the Gramd Finals is here! Out 5 Finalists will do a video presentation of their creations: a main course plating and table settings and a dessert plating and table setting.
They will be using the prizes they received as Finalists of the First Round: The Rock Manufacture Collection from Vulleroy & Boch, the NoW Collection from Revol, the crystal glasses from Zwiesel and the cutlery from Amefa.
Mechanics of the iHORECA.Asia Plating and Table Setting Challenge
Format: Video (Maximum of 3 minutes)
The video must present both main course, dessert and table setting. Editing is allowed to make the video more fluid.
You must appear in the video. Introduce yourself, your company and describe your recipe, your plating and your table setting. Please describe your inspiration for your creation.
IMPORTANT: Your entry will be a video. However, please take clear photos of your creations as well. Our sponsors would like to feature your work in their own site and social media.
Judging: 50% Popular vote
50% Judges’ Decision
Your entry must have at least 30 votes to qualify for the Judges’ Round. Your votes may come from new or existing members of ihoreca asia.
Mechanics: You will be using the prizes you received from our Contest Sponsors: Amefa, Villeroy & Boch, Revol and Zwiesel
IMPORTANT:
You are going to use these prizes to prepare Plating and Table Setting for 1 Person Only
Plating and Table Setting for Main Course (use Villeroy & Boch plates)
Plating and Table Setting for Dessert (use Revol plate)
Required to use the Amefa Cutlery and Zwiesel glasses for the table setting
Note: you do not need to use the steak knives if not needed in your plating.
